(7) Vacation Interrupted: Doitsu
Chapter 10
Standing in the middle of several dead rogue ninja stood a man who radiated power. Of course, his eyes and hair were grey, but there was something that separated him from the rest of the Rats. He was a born leader, confident and serious. "Doitsu: The Master Sannin." Kara stated. Though in the middle of a bloody battlefield, both warriors stood still, eyeing each other and deciding on the best way to approach. "So you've heard of me then, I'm assuming." The man said calmly. "Tell me, how's the Dog?" Kara ignored his question. "You mean Master Inumaru? He will recover just fine." Doitsu told her as blue chakra formed on his palms. "The legendary Chakra Palm fighting style, I'm honored to fight against it." Kara said. "You won't be." Doitsu declared. Both ninja moved at the exact same time. The second Kara got too close, Rotation blasted her away. Doitsu was catious, but when he punched, a shockwave rippled through the air. Kara drilled through it and caught his fist. The chakra burned her hand, so she quickly released it. Doitsu smiled, his grey eyes watching her, studying her. "Should have done your research, Lordess." He told her. "You may know my nature, but not my element. That will be your mistake." Kara stated, matter-of-factly. "I don't make mistakes, only kills. You attack the Malian, you attack me, and I'm not called the Master Sannin on a whim." Doitsu said. The chakra on his palms glowed and he shoved outward. Kara rolled sideways and where she stood a second ago was now a hole in the ground. Though she knew charging him would be foolish, she charged. As the second rotation sprang to life, Kara coated her skin with Darkness. She completely bypassed the spinning mass of chakra and punched at Doitsu. Though suprised that she could come this close to him, Doitsu still managed to grab her fist. Her right leg kicked at him, but he caught it with his free hand. "Wide open!" Kara yelled as she twisted around and and her left foot came down towards his head. Instantly, Doitsu used the Substitution Jutsu and switched places with an already dead ninja. Kara's foot slammed into its' head with a sickening CRACK! "I underestimated you." Doitsu stated plainly. "Obviously."

Chapter 11
The battle raged on around them, but nobody seemed to get anywhere near them. A tree root slapped a fireball out of the air somewhere nearby, but that was about it. The wind whipped against Kara's face as she turned to face the Master Sannin. His serious features made him look deadly, and the chakra that still covered his palms seemed to reinforce that statement. Of course, she still had the Darkness around her, but that couldn't stop his attacks. It was a face off, both warriors waiting for the other one to attack. Doitsu blinked. In that small amount of time, Kara had managed to get up close to him. Spinning out of her attack range, he swung for her head. Kara saw it coming and ducked under his arm. The simple movement put some distance between the two. " You're good, but not good enough." Doitsu acknowledged. Kara felt a small pain in her side and looked down. A thin red line stretched across her entire side. As she watched, the cut healed and any sign of it vanished. Doitsu saw this, but he remained silent. He just held up a kunai knife for her to see. She ran at him. He swung his weapon, but Kara punched his wrist and the blade stopped several inches from her face. A chakra coating covered the tip and flared out. Kara leaned back and the flare-up passed right in front of her nose. Tendrils of dark energy wrapped around her gloved hand. Again, Doitsu said nothing, but analyzed. A chakra blast shot forward, but Kara punched it and it fizzled out. Doitsu looked suprised, but he still managed to avoid her punch. Her knee, on the other hand, connected with his stomach. He backed up and readied himself for another strike, but it never came. "Let's see how you handle this!" Kara declared as she pointed to the closest building. It immediatley erupted into flames, burning several Rat ninja to ashes. A wall of stone rose up from the ground all around the building and trapped the fire inside. With no oxygen, the fire died out.

Chapter 12
The chakra coating Doitsu's kunai grew to the length of a sword. Kara unsheathed her deadly sword and pointed it at him. Pure Darkness clashed against Pure Chakra. Neither could seem to get a better positioning over the other. When Kara swung, Doitsu caught her wrist. She kicked at him and missed, but he had to release her hand to dodge it. Backing away, Kara sliced through the air and a wave of black energy spiraled toward the Rat. Doitsu slashed through it, but nothing happened. The wave was still coming his direction. He backed away from it as it took the form of Kara. Or rather, another Kara. A split-second later, an earth clone of Doitsu rose from the ground and faced the Kara-clone. Kara herself sighed and waved off in the clones' general direction. It attacked the other clone at the exact same time Kara attacked Doitsu. The two Doitsu's threw up a chakra-wall, which both Kara's passed through with ease. The Kara-Clone was impaled through the stomach and burst into an explosion of black mist. The real Kara had swatted her attack aside easily. She punched the Master Sannin and the dark tendrils on her glove attached themselves to his chest. Kara backed away and smiled. The Doitsu clone just watched as the dark tendrils sank into it's originators' skin. Kara closed her left hand and Doitsu exploded in a mini-storm of blood, skin, bones, intestines, and guts. "Impressive attack. Too bad that was the clone." The remaining Doitsu said from behind her. "Damn that Substitution Jutsu!" Kara yelled as she turned around. Doitsu lunged and his palms connected squarely against Kara's chest, starting the beginning of the 8 Trigrams - 361 Palms move made famous by the Hyuuga Clan. Stunned by the first two blows, Kara couldn't block the remaining 359. Before his final palm-heel, Doitsu reared back and added extra momentum for the strike the the heart. Kara flew back and crashed into the trunk of a tree, her shirt shredded by the chakra on his palms, her bikini top barely intact. "It is finished, then." The Master Sannin said as he turned to walk away. " Not quite. I thought you would use that move against me some day... thought I had trained against it better, guess not." Kara said as she slowly pulled herself to her feet, wiping blood from her mouth. Doitsu whipped around, " How is this possible? Everyone dies when hit by that move!" Kara spit a mouthful of blood on the ground and said, "News flash, I'm not the same as everybody else. I told you not knowing my element would be your mistake. Just so you know, I'm the element of all Immortal Beings. I control who is one, and who isn't. Bad time to be born into the Malian huh?" She smirked. "You're an Immortal? This'll be a long day!" He sighed as the chakra reformed on his palms. Kara looked at them, but didn't take on a defensive position. Instead, she said, " Maybe not. I know I'm a Lord, or rather a Lordess, but anyway, it's only by birth." Doitsu looked at her, confused. "What are you saying, girl?" He asked. "The name is Kara Chaos, and this is what I mean: If the Malian doesn't attack me, I won't attack them. I have no ill-feeling toward the Malian, or its' Warriors. Hell, I might even help your group of Sannins on a mission or something if you ask nicely, but don't expect me to give you information on The Lords Of Chaos." Someone with massive black wings yelled something to Doitsu,  but he simply raised one hand and the guy backed away to go fight off the rogues. A darkness hung in the air around the two ninja, but Kara didn't seem bothered by it. Doitsu, on the other hand, kept the chakra active on his palms. "I don't know who you are, Shadow, but you can leave me alone. If you're in league with the Lords then go and tell my parents, I don't care." Kara yelled to the dark air. Suddenly, everything brightened and the shadow was gone. Kara turned back to Doitsu.

Chapter 13
"You might wanna go stop those rogues now. I would apologize for helping in their escape, but you did have me in a cell too." Kara stated. "I find it hard to believe that you won't attack me when I turn my back." Doitsu told her. "Well then, believe this." She resheathed her sword, turned around, and started to walk away from him. She was at the edge of the forest when Doitsu called out to her, "Wait! You said you might help us with some missions! How would I contact you?" A giant demon-windmill shuriken whirled by his head, but he didn't seem to notice it. "With your reputation, I'm sure you'll find a way." Kara said, then continued her walk into the dense woods. Doitsu watched until she was completely gone from his sight, then he went to take care of the rogues. In the middle of all the chaos, he distinctly heard the words "Holocaust Jutsu!" "No!" Doitsu yelled as a nuclear-type explosion erupted from all around a single man: A giant rogue Dragon. The second it happened, another jutsu was cast, though this one had no name. A red mist raced toward the explosion. Doitsu shoved with all his might and a burst of chakra joined the mist. Together the red mist and blue chakra formed a casing for the "bomb". Nothing made it through the transparent walls, and inch by inch it grew smaller and smaller. A man with red hair and red eyes ran up to Doitsu, panting from casting such a powerful jutsu. "We need to stop Kororo, now!" Both men raced toward the mountain of a man. The last thing Kara saw before she left the Rat Village completely was the giant fall, unconsious: The Holocaust stopped.
